1. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

The product received is incorrect (different from the one ordered).

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You must share photos or video evidence of the issue (damaged, broken seal, wrong item).

Returns will not be accepted for:

Opened or used products.

Damage caused by improper use, storage, or mishandling.

Change of mind after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

A full refund (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be processed to your original method of payment.

In case of prepaid orders where the product is unavailable or cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
